HOME SLEEP TESTING

DIAGNOSING OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is diagnosed using a monitoring device while you sleep. The device tracks your oxygen saturation, air flow as you breathe, any disruptions to your breathing, snoring frequency and sleep position among other things. This data is then evaluated to determine whether a sleep disorder is present.

Historically, all sleep studies were performed in an overnight sleep lab. Now, you can test for OSA from the comfort of your own home! Simply pick up the study device from one of our many conveniently located offices in the Bay Area and drop it off once the study is complete. A board certified sleep physician will interpret your sleep study once you return the device.
